Frequently asked questions

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, after you have checked it. Card payment is being added and will appear at checkout once it is live.

How long does delivery take?

1–3 working days in Cairo and Giza, 2–5 working days in other governorates. We deliver to every governorate in Egypt through Bosta.

How much is delivery?

120 EGP per order. Free on orders from 900 EGP.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can refuse the parcel at the door if something is wrong. After delivery, contact us within the period stated in our returns policy and we will arrange a replacement or refund for unopened products in their original packaging.

Are the oils pure?

Yes. Our oils are cold-pressed and bottled without dilution, fragrance or preservatives.

How should I store the oils?

In a cool place away from direct sunlight, tightly closed. Cold-pressed oils do not need refrigeration, but they should not stand in the sun.

Can I use the same oil for cooking and for skin?

Check the label. Cooking oils are food grade; cosmetic oils are meant for external use on hair, skin and nails.

How do I track my order?

Bosta sends a tracking link by SMS once the parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived in 5 working days, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
