Delivery across Egypt

We deliver to all governorates of Egypt through our courier partner Bosta.

Delivery time

• Cairo and Giza: usually 1–3 working days.
• Other governorates: 2–5 working days.
• Orders placed on Friday are processed the next working day.

Delivery cost

• Flat rate: 120 EGP per order.
• Free delivery on orders from 900 EGP.

Payment

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the order reaches you, after you have checked the parcel.

Order processing and tracking

We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Once the parcel is handed to Bosta you receive a tracking link by SMS.

If delivery fails

The courier attempts delivery up to three times. If the address or phone number is incorrect and we cannot reach you, the order is returned to us and cancelled. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.
