Returns and Exchanges Conditions

Due to the nature of our natural oils and personal care products returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened or used for health and safety reasons

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases
If the product arrives damaged
If the wrong product is delivered
If there is an error in the order

Return Request Period

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product and the issue

Product Condition

The product must be unused in its original condition and in its original packaging

Returns and Exchanges Process

After reviewing the request and confirming the issue we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund depending on the case

Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by our side we will cover all shipping costs
In other cases the customer is responsible for shipping costs
