You pay the courier when the order reaches you, after you have checked the parcel.<\/p>\n<h3>Order processing and tracking<\/h3>\n<p>We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Once the parcel is handed to Bosta you receive a tracking link by SMS.<\/p>\n<h3>If delivery fails<\/h3>\n<p>The courier attempts delivery up to three times. If the address or phone number is incorrect and we cannot reach you, the order is returned to us and cancelled.
